What is the cancellation policy for regular tours?

For regular tours, you can cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

For private tours, you can cancel up to 3 days before departure for a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before departure are non-refundable.

What are the age requirements?

Riders must be at least 13 years old. Please contact us if the rider is under 145cm (4'7") tall.

What is your weather policy?

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, with full refunds provided. However, if you choose to participate knowing the weather conditions, or if rain occurs during the tour, refunds are not available.

Weather Policy

Our weather policy ensures fair treatment for all guests:

Tour Cancellation by NORU: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather. In such cases, all bookings will be refunded in full (100%)

Guest Choice to Participate: We cannot refund guests who choose to participate with advance knowledge of cold or rainy conditions. We never require guests to join if rain is forecast

During Tour: Once a tour begins, we cannot offer refunds if it rains during the experience
